Teacher's Day is celebrated on the 5th of September to express gratitude and appreciation to all teachers for their selfless dedication to educating and guiding students. It is celebrated on the 5th of September, every year to honor the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a renowned philosopher, scholar, and India's second President. Dr. Radhakrishnan was a distinguished teacher and believed in the importance of education and the role of teachers in shaping the future of the nation. Teachers Day serves as a reminder of the vital role that teachers play in the development of individuals and society as a whole.
Teachers Day was celebrated in Jitendra Chauhan College of Law on 5th of September 2023. The celebration started with students taking the role of teachers and taking the lectures from 3.45pm to 5.30pm in Class Rooms, followed by fun and cultural event organised by the students. The faculty In- charge for the organization this event were Assistant Professor Navanitha Warrier. The Student Coordinator for this event was Zeyna Titina.
